We’ve invested in the best cleaning systems to ensure that we are able to clean your carpets and soft furnishings in the most appropriate way to achieve the best results every time.
Our products will be expertly applied so as to be gentle on carpets and property, safe for people and pets, and our services will be delivered by considerate, trustworthy and friendly professionals.
Our technicians are trained to the highest standards by The National Carpet Cleaning Association and have specialist upholstery and fine fabric cleaning accreditations.
Our vans all carry full safety data sheets on all the chemicals and products carried along with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
We have full public liability insurance cover up to £2 million including full cover for all items worked on.
Some oil based stains may require the use of mild solvent solutions which are regulated by the COSHH regulations. These will only ever be used with your prior consent.
Our use of hazardous chemicals is minimised wherever possible and we use a whole range of detergent/ chemical free cleaning solutions that minimises damage to the environment and do not leave any residues behind.
Control of Substance Hazardous to Health Act (COSHH) - 2002
If needed, they are issued only to a fully trained supervisor who is responsible for their use and storage & all operations staff receive full instructions on the handling of chemicals used on site.
All staff follow the following guidelines :
- Never mix chemicals unless clearly indicated
- Always follow colour code rules relating to areas
being cleaned and materials used.
- Always wear gloves when performing duties according
to colour coding rules.
- Study and adhere to the C.O.S.H.H. and C.H.I.P.
regulations.
- Carefully follow the instructions supplied on
containers.
- Always label containers used for decanting or
diluting chemicals.
- Always store chemicals as far apart from each other
as possible, in dry areas and avoiding extremes of temperature
