Even though vacuuming can remove most soils which result from tracked in dirt and air pollution to cooking and pet odours, the particles cause rug fibres to fade and colours to dull. Often our customers think the colour is lost or faded, however, our rug cleaning will often remove these soils and return the colour and texture of the rug.

Before we clean your carpets or rugs we carefully examine and assess the appropriate procedure needed. We carry out dye stability tests and then remove dry soils, dust and grit, prior to treating minor marks/stains and then by hand or machine, shampoo clean, rinse and neutralise, before finally professionally drying in accordance to the requirements of the fibres. We can also treat water damaged rugs and can add an invisible seal that protects your rugs against unsightly spots and stains that can be caused by food or drink spills.
